Google Buy Meebo

Google bought the company Meebo instant messaging network. The move is evidence of a gigantic expansion of the company's ability to share pages on social media community.

The value of business transactions is not disclosed in terms of the deal was announced on Meebo company blog on Monday (4/6). Nevertheless, the Dow Jones All Things Digital through the canal in May 2012 reported that the acquisition price by Google Meebo is estimated at about 100 million U.S. dollars.


Meebo is a private company which claims to reach nearly half of Internet users in the land of Uncle Sam through "Meebo bar" him. The program allows the user to click for the page to comment or share your networking using social media. According to the company Meebo, the greatness of "Meebo bar" is can be customized and added to any page, without modifying the programming code of the page. (ANT / epn)
