LG Electronics unveiled a software upgrade that allows the staff of reparations they get remote access to the smartphone LG. If it is necessary, they can also diagnose the damage smartphones remotely.
After a trial in South Korea, an application called Remote Call and systems Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) is being expanded its availability to be utilized LG smartphone users worldwide.
Thanks to instant service via the 3G network or WiFi, 3G smartphone users no longer have to visit the LG Customer Information Center in the event of a problem on their devices.
